Kindness of the staff and the continual education of the staff. Having members of staff working on the days that children regularly go so the child has familiarity with carers. Communication with parents is excellent.
The staff are easy to communicate with. They also seem to show genuine care and respect towards all children in their care. It is always a good sign when your child is happy to stay!
Home away from home. I feel like my child is left in a safe fun environment. Will miss it as this will be our last year. Wish I had sent all three kids and not just the last one.
